This site belongs to me, Sofia Selivanova. Legally it is run by my company:
VIVA PALMA DOO
Bradaševo 11/7, Tivat, Montenegro
PIB (tax number) 03440702
When this page says I, it means me and the company.
What I collect
What you type into the contact form: your name, your email, and what you tell me about the place. You don't have to send any of it. But without an email I can't write back. Like any website, this one also handles some technical data when you open it, such as your IP address, so that the page can reach you and stay secure. Framer does this as the host. I don't see it and don't use it.
Why
To answer you. Your message is the start of a conversation about a possible project, and I use it for that and nothing else. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't share your details with anyone for marketing. The legal basis is that you asked me to get in touch: the steps before a possible contract. This is covered by Montenegrin data protection law and, where it applies to you, the EU's GDPR. No decisions about you are made automatically.
Where it goes
The form is built on Framer, which hosts this site. Framer receives your message and sends it to my email, which is Gmail. So two services handle it on the way:
Framer B.V. (Amsterdam, the Netherlands), which hosts the site and the form
Google, which provides my email
Both may store data outside Montenegro and the EU, including in the United States. Both protect those transfers with the safeguards the GDPR requires. No one else receives your details.
How long I keep it
Three months from your last message. Then I delete it, from my email and from the form. If the conversation turns into a project, your details move into that project's records and stay there as long as the work needs them and the law asks me to keep them.
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies to track you or to show you advertising.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, limit how I use it, object to it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Write through the form or call the number above. I'll answer within a month.
If you think I've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Montenegrin data protection authority, the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (azlp.me). If you live in the EU, you can also go to the authority in your own country.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
